Depression is grey. It reminds you of a striking storm heading your way but the point is, it’s in your head. Depression is rage within and you cannot overcome depression without overcoming yourself. Bitter. The taste is almost like a lemon being squirted into your mouth unexpectedly. It smells almost like desperation, desperation to find a happiness a meaning to drive you out of the sorrow you dug yourself so far into. Depression. Depression is a cold feeling, like you are lost in a winter storm striving to find someone to help, but there is no one. Depression. It sounds like a loud scratching on a chalk board stinging your ear as if you were going insane.
